Establish a fast Launch approach for quality projects to ensure the development and prosperity of Base ecology.
Open up the governance functions of MSP and secure the equity of MSP holders through StarPad and by using part of transaction fees to buy back MSP.
Build Lend pools and Vaults pools for mainstream assets on Base. Projects launched on StarPad will be given priority to Lend pools and Vaults pools.
